The "Personal Management Training - Lead with Guts and Mind" workshop is a transformative four-day program designed to empower individuals with the tools and strategies to master self-leadership, improve interpersonal relationships, and thrive in high-pressure environments. Delivered in both English and Kinyarwanda, the workshop offers a rich blend of activities, practical exercises, and expert facilitation, complemented by comprehensive handouts to enhance the learning experience.

This course provides a holistic approach to personal management by focusing on emotional intelligence, time and energy management, and problem-solving. Through engaging activities like role-playing, case studies, and experiential learning exercises, participants will gain insights into leading with empathy and critical thinking while managing their responsibilities effectively. By the end of the program, attendees will leave equipped to handle personal and professional challenges with resilience, clarity, and confidence.

Emotional Intelligence: Building self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills to navigate interpersonal relationships effectively.
Time and Energy Management: Mastering strategies like the Pareto Principle, Eisenhower Matrix, and Pomodoro Technique to optimize time use and maintain energy levels.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Developing critical thinking skills using frameworks like root cause analysis, fishbone diagrams, and the Six Thinking Hats approach.
Leadership through Self-Discipline: Inspiring teams and peers by cultivating self-discipline, accountability, and effective communication skills.
