Introduction

This workshop is designed to address the root causes of ineffective communication and equip managers with the essential tools and techniques to foster clear, impactful communication within their teams.

Course Overview

The "Empowering Managers with Strategies for Team Communication and Success" workshop is designed to equip managers with the skills and strategies needed to foster effective communication within their teams and external stakeholders. Delivered in both English and Kinyarwanda, the workshop provides an interactive learning experience with engaging activities, real-world case studies, and actionable strategies. Participants will enjoy comprehensive handouts to enhance their learning experience.
