Introduction

The "People Management: Insert Name" training is designed to empower middle managers with the essential skills to lead teams effectively, enhance collaboration, and drive organizational success. Delivered in English and Kinyarwanda, this dynamic workshop provides an engaging blend of interactive activities, practical strategies, and real-world applications. Participants will enjoy catered meals, coffee breaks, and detailed handouts to maximize their learning experience.

Course Overview

This three-day workshop is structured to help middle managers enhance their emotional intelligence, leadership capabilities, and team management skills. Through a mix of theory, hands-on activities, and role plays, participants will learn to foster teamwork, navigate workplace challenges, and build a culture of accountability. The course focuses on strengthening communication, motivation, and collaboration within teams while equipping managers with tools to drive performance and adaptability.
