Training Lead

A young dedicated and ever keen to learn with a background in analytics, training and leadership. Born and raised in Kigali Rwanda, has lived most of her life in the land of a thousand hills. 

In the year 2018, she moved to the south of China in the city of Chengdu to pursue her bachelor’s degree in Electronic Commerce and the Neusoft University. After two years of studies, she made it back home as the world was hit with the pandemic and switched to E-learning, E-networking and E-business which impacted both her career and journey.

In 2021, She embarked on a new journey working for an international trading broker (Deriv ltd) as customer support for which she experienced a quick shift in career and moved to training then lead position in KYC (Know your Customer) as well as Marketing.

2023, she is excited to be joining The Magnet Institute as the training lead while diligently working on ideas and conceptualizing the best practices for professional improvement to middle managers.
