Beatrice Tuyishimire

Beatrice is a dynamic professional with experience in sales and marketing, passionate about market research, client relationships, and driving business growth. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with a concentration in Logistics and Operations from Kepler/Southern New Hampshire University. An award-winning public speaker, Beatrice has over two years of experience mentoring and training junior public speakers in leadership and communication through Toastmasters International.

Her career in sales and marketing began in 2022 as a B2B coordinator for a Rwandan natural cosmetic social enterprise. She quickly advanced to become a sales and marketing manager, leading both the B2C and B2B teams. She later worked briefly as a sales and marketing manager for a boutique hotel and restaurant (Nature Kigali), which broadened her perspective and network in the field.

In 2024, Beatrice eagerly joined TMI as a Sales Officer. She is responsible for designing and executing sales strategies to improve TMI's conversion rate, attain strategic partnerships, and strengthen its market presence among local and international middle managers.
